How To Run A Successful Restaurant & Hotel Business

So I the past two days I have been working at a restaurant as trial shifts just to see if they wanted to hire me. Then today it was really hectic and they were understaffed so it was just a mess. Of course, it was only my second day so I didn’t realy know what I was doing. I made a lot of mistakes, and as a result the owner lectured me and called me a “dummy”. Then he said he would call me and give me my schedult next week. Would you still were there?

The thing about new jobs is that sometimes people always take advantage of the new comer and you just have to prove those people wrong. Dont quit, by quiting youre just running away from a problem you may have to face in the future (and that can mean anywhere in life). However facing problems is better than running away from them. so next time try and be a step ahead of whoever is pulling you down. That way you can impress them by proving you are not such the “dummy” they thought you were. And that may mean working harder than usual but only for a while until they are convinced. Be sure to get your point across. you dont to be just another newbie.
